Classic Foundations
Your first course. Two weekend days of classic lash application, from reading a client's natural lashes to a finished set on a live model. It suits anyone starting out, with no experience needed.
You will learn
Reading natural lashes and mapping a set
Isolation, tweezer grip and adhesive handling
Placing classic extensions, one on each lash
Cleaning your station and your tools between clients

The days
Classic Foundations, in order
Two class days, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a lunch hour between.
- 019 a.m. to noon
Step 1: Day one, morning
Setup, isolation and tweezers. You learn to read natural lashes and map a set, then place your first extensions on a mannequin head.
- 021 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Step 2: Day one, afternoon
Classic placement on the mannequin, with an instructor checking each hand position. The day closes with adhesive handling and cleaning your station.
- 039 a.m. to noon
Step 3: Day two, morning
Your first live model, with an instructor beside you. You start with the natural-lash check and the consent talk, then isolate and place.
- 041 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Step 4: Day two, afternoon
A second model, a fill and a removal demonstration. We practice what to say when a client has a reaction: stop, and send them to their doctor.
Your instructor and what you receive
The course is taught by a licensed instructor and ends with the academy's certificate.
