Do I need a license to enroll?
No. A license matters when you want to be paid for lash services. Check your state board before you plan on that.
Will the course let me work for pay?
A certificate of completion is not a state license. In most states you also need an esthetics or cosmetology license to be paid for lash services.
Do I need experience?
Not for Classic Foundations. Volume Fans asks that you have finished it or already place classic sets.
How many students are in a cohort?
Up to six, with three instructors in the room, so there is about one instructor for every two students.
What is in the kit?
Tweezers, a mannequin head, practice lashes and the basic supplies for the course. We can tell you every item before you book.
How is a date held?
A deposit holds your place in a cohort and goes toward your course. You choose the date on the booking page.
What if I miss a day?
Tell us as soon as you can. We offer a make-up seat in the next cohort where there is room.
Can I bring a guest or a child?
Students are 18 and over, and class days are for students and models only. A friend can meet you after class.
What if a model reacts?
Reactions can happen. You stop at once, tell an instructor, and the model calls their doctor or goes to urgent care. We practice this on day two.
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards come in any amount and go toward any course. You can buy one on the gift card page.
